Financial Planner in our Finance team, he is experienced in a broad range of financial advice matters with a particular emphasis on retirement, investment, estate and tax planning.
Expertise
After a successful military career and two operational tours of Afghanistan, Daniel chose to conduct a career transitional programme with St. James's Place, where he completed all of his qualifications and training. He is a level 4 diploma regulated financial adviser who is currently working towards becoming a chartered financial planner.
He takes his time to understand clients aims and aspirations in life and how they have got to where they are today. Genuinely interest in their stories once he has a full understanding of this, instead of using jargon and financial products to explain how we can help, he relates the reasons for advice back to what their goals are and how this will help to achieve them.
Working closely with clients planning for retirement he is able to shine a light on what the future looks like currently, using cashflow modelling, and is then able to add value to their financial planning now to enable them to achieve their desired goals when they stop working.
