Michael has more than 20 years’ experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing and is a specialist in buying and selling all types of residential property across the length and breadth of Scotland. He acts for all types of clients from those who are buying their first home to property companies who are adding to their buy to let portfolio.
Michael also specialises in security/mortgage work for lenders and individuals and has considerable experience in private client matters such as wills, executries, powers of attorney and guardianship.
