Emma joined Gilson Gray in 2014 when the firm was established and is the Operations Director for Gilson Gray Financial Management LLP. She is responsible for the operational coordination of the business and is key to delivering the strategic business objectives.

With over nine years of experience of working in the wealth management sector, Emma has in-depth knowledge of the industry. With a degree in Financial Management MA (hons) Emma is able to apply the theory and skills acquired to developing the business to reach set targets and objectives.
