Rosie Walker

Head of Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Rosie Walker has been described in The Legal 500 as ‘technically very sound and tactically astute‘ and a 'very experienced first-class litigator’.

Rosie specialises in commercial litigation and has particular experience in complex, high value disputes. She is experienced in cross border actions, particularly those with a nexus to the Middle East. Her expertise includes contract disputes, shareholder disputes, professional negligence actions and property litigation. She is also one of Scotland’s few election law specialists. Rosie practices in the Court of Session, the Lands Tribunal and the Sheriff Courts as well as having experience in international arbitration.

Rosie is a member of the Property Litigation Association and a former member of the Law Society of Scotland Land & Property Law Reform Committee and the Examination Committee of the Society of Messengers at Arms and Sheriff Officers.
