Lesley McKnight

After graduating from Aberdeen University as a mature student in 2005 and raising her family, Lesley practiced in local firms. She is an experienced solicitor with a demonstrated history working in the area of private client practice. Based in our firms Aberdeen office, Lesley is a partner in the private client team, as well as a local Aberdeen solicitor.

    Lesley provides a tailored and holistic service to each and every valued new or existing client, whether they are an individual, business owner, elderly client or vulnerable adult.

    Lesley specialises in contentious and complex Executries and Inheritance Tax Planning in addition to the creation of wills to suit each individual client, powers of attorney, trusts for individuals or charities and Guardianships.

    Lesley works closely with a full service team especially family, property, commercial, litigation and real estate teams.  She understands the value of working closely with financial advisors and accountants to provide her clients with a holistic service.

    Highlights:

    Acting solicitor in the HMRC v LAU case and involved on a team to manage matters relating to digital Inheritance. Lesley was on the advisory panel for the Camelot lottery winners for Scotland and was the former owner and principal of ‘The Law Practice’ in Aberdeen.
