Property Manager

We are looking for an energetic Property Manager to coordinate and manage a portfolio of properties for let.

Location: Edinburgh

Overall Objective: To provide a professional and efficient property management service to a portfolio of landlords.

Financial Adviser

Minimum Requirements: Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning

Earnings: Self-employed opportunity with uncapped earnings and the opportunity to build value within the practice

Secretary Real Estate

Location: Glasgow

Overall Objective: To provide secretarial assistance to lawyers, using word processing and other technical skills in order to serve the needs of both internal and external clients, whilst demonstrating our core values.

Skills Required:

  • communicate concisely both verbally and in writing with internal and external clients
  • develop strong relationships within the team
  • plan and organise own work
  • type quickly and accurately

Required Knowledge and Experience: Previous experience of working as a legal secretary within a commercial property team is preferable, but we would consider a candidate who has relevant residential experience and is looking for a move into commercial property
