Richard deals with commercial leasing (for Landlords and Tenants), acquisitions and disposals of all types of commercial property, sales and options for disposals to developers, security work for lenders. Richard also handles business sales with a particular emphasis on the leisure and licensed trade sector. He also handles the commercial property requirements of many of the firm’s oil & gas sector clients.
