The Role

Due to a unique and exciting expansion in the English and Welsh legal market, we are looking for experienced Conveyancers and Solicitors to join an established, busy and dynamic team. We are based in the Lincoln area and also offer remote-working.

Required Knowledge and Experience

• Experience of managing purchase, sale and re-mortgage transactions
• Experience of running your own case load
• Experience of conducting title checks and raising enquiries
• Experience in volume conveyancing department

Skills Required

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to develop strong working relationships within the team
  • The ability to communicate concisely verbally and in writing with internal and external clients
  • A calm, helpful and professional approach
  • IT competent, particularly with reference to the use of Outlook, Word and Excel.
