Gregor Duthie

Gregor is recognised not only for his ability to handle complex legal issues but to see them from the client’s perspective, taking a solution-focused view.

Gregor’s commercial and pragmatic approach to transaction delivery is borne of more than 20 years’ experience in the commercial real estate sector, working across the central belt of Scotland and beyond. His clients include a number of cross-border portfolios and international investors as well as local occupiers. One of only thirteen solicitors accredited by the WS Society for commercial property work, he is recognised for his pragmatic and commercial approach to achieving best outcome for clients over in addition to specialised technical legal knowledge.

With a background in bilateral and syndicated real estate finance and strategic land acquisition/development, he regularly advises a number of portfolio investors on their new acquisitions and asset management - alongside developers and individual occupiers.

Gregor is a Director at Cumbernauld Theatre Trust Limited, a producing theatre in receipt of Regular Funding from Creative Scotland and operating from brand new purpose-built accommodation at North Lanarkshire’s flagship Lanternhouse development.
