Gregor’s commercial and pragmatic approach to transaction delivery is borne of more than 15 years’ experience in the commercial real estate sector, working across the central belt of Scotland and beyond.  His clients include a number of cross-border portfolios and international investors as well as local occupiers. One of only thirteen solicitors accredited by the WS Society for commercial property work, he is recognised for his pragmatic and commercial approach to achieving best outcome for clients over in addition to specialised technical legal knowledge.

With a background in bilateral and syndicated real estate finance and strategic land acquisition/development, he regularly advises a number of portfolio investors on their new acquisitions and asset management - alongside developers and individual occupiers.

Gregor sits on the board of trustees of Glasgow Independent Studio, a registered charity providing much-needed studio premises to creative and visual artists in the west of Scotland.
