Legal Secretary – Commercial Real Estate
We are seeking a Legal Secretary to join our Commercial Real Estate team working alongside our fee-earners. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience working within commercial property and wants to join a friendly and supportive team. You will also interact with clients and have a professional manner in order to meet the needs of both internal and external clients, whilst demonstrating our core values.
Location
This role is based in Glasgow, but we would be open to the successful candidate working in any of our offices.
What you will be doing
The role will involve a range of tasks including:
- Liaising with internal and external clients by email
- Opening and closing client files.
- Carrying out client identity checks.
- Preparing and amending documents.
- Dictation and audio typing.
- Assisting with general administrative duties

Property Sales Manager
Location
This role will be based in our North Berwick office.
About you
An exciting opportunity to join the award winning Estate Agency team of Gilson Gray LLP. The role will require a self-motivated, ambitious and dynamic individual who is driven by results, a committed team player and totally focussed on client service.
About the role
The successful applicant will be responsible for building market share across East Lothian and ultimately becoming the number one Estate Agent within the area. They will be responsible for creating strategic links with local and national house builder, mortgage brokers and other local professional bodies. In addition they will be tasked with selling other services of the Gilson Gray group and responsible for the creation and management of a business development pipeline.

Conveyancing Assistant
Location
This role will be based in Aberdeen.
About you

you will be a point of contact for enquiries providing 1st class customer service to our clients, ensuring all transactions managed from offer through to completion are handled with professionalism and high quality attention to detail to meet the needs of both internal and external clients, whilst demonstrating our core values.
What you will be doing
You will provide administrative assistance within our Residential Conveyancing department. Working alongside Solicitors and Paralegals you will be responsible for providing assistance in running conveyancing transactions with tasks including drafting legal documents, liaising with lenders and general administrative duties.

Paralegal – Residential Conveyancing
Location
This job can be based in any of our locations including Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee, East Lothian or Aberdeen.
Our conveyancing team is continuing to grow; we are one of the fastest growing law firms in Scotland and one of the biggest conveyancing operations, with investments into the structure, systems and people within the department.
We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our Residential Conveyancing team working alongside our solicitors, being responsible for managing Purchases, Sales and Re-mortgage transactions, drawing up legal documents, carrying out legal research and acting as support as and when needed.
