With over two decades of experience in all aspects of real estate work, Stephen advised on the development, pre-let and sale of Edinburgh’s new Haymarket development, and the sale/purchase of the St Enoch shopping centre in Glasgow and its recent part redevelopment to provide a new 12 screen Cinema and restaurant/leisure development.
In addition he has also advised recently on the acquisition, development, pre-let and forward sale of several office/hotel developments in Glasgow and Edinburgh.
