He has worked as a Locum Solicitor throughout Scotland providing support to sole practitioners.
In addition to residential conveyancing, Ken is experienced in Farm and Estate purchases and sales as well as sales of woodland and Wind Turbine Developments. He has a particular interest in resolving complex title deed and plan issues, drawing on his 6 years’ experience as a Registration Officer at Registers of Scotland.
Ken takes a pragmatic approach to solving title issues but always ensures that his clients’ interests come first.
