Iain is a central figure in our cases in the Court of Session. He has an expert knowledge of procedural matters and is highly regarded by clients, Counsel and the Court for his ability to ensure the smooth running of proceedings and deal with all the preparation required for hearings. He also has a busy practice litigating contractual disputes in the Sheriff Court.
He was the Law Awards of Scotland Junior Solicitor of the year in 2017.
