Ling Deng

Ling specialises in commercial litigation matters including contractual and commercial disputes, insolvency matters, professional negligence, contentious succession matters, property disputes and licencing matters.  She also assists our Partner, John Kydd in criminal matters.

Ling has an interest in regulatory work and has successfully defended clients facing Fitness to Practise investigations and subsequent hearings before their regulatory bodies such as the Scottish Social Services Council.

Ling is a tutor on the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Dundee teaching Dispute Resolution.
