Craig Darling

Craig has more than 20 years’ experience in all aspects of corporate, banking, restructuring and insolvency law. Practising in Scotland and England he advises corporates, lenders, investors, insolvency practitioners and other stakeholders. He specialises in all aspects of insolvency, restructuring and recovery, including acting for borrowers and lenders in relation to security enforcement, refinancings, turnarounds and exits and for administrators, receivers, liquidators and fixed charge receivers.

In addition, Craig regularly provides advice to creditors of insolvent companies and directors in distressed business situations. He has a wide sector range of experience, including manufacturing, distressed real estate, leisure and retail.
