How to fulfil your obligations as an employer and limit your liability against potential claims
As the lifting of the lockdown moves ever closer, our clients are asking about the practical and legal consequences involved in a return to the workplace and what health and safety measure they will need to implement.
Employees will understandably be nervous about returning to work and, as an employer, you will want to provide reassurance that all necessary measures are being taken to safeguard their health and also satisfy your duty of care to employees.
Similarly, employees will need to understand the behaviours that are expected of them in ensuring a continued safe working environment.
To help you with this, we have teamed up with an online training partner to provide you with workplace safety and social distancing training for all your employees.
Why do I need this?
How much does it cost?
Our online training is cost effective for employers, particularly so the more people undertake the training.
1-10 employees: £25 per person plus VAT
11-50 employees: £20 per person plus VAT
51-100 employees: £15 per person plus VAT
If you have more than 100 employees, contact us to discuss the best way to price a package for you. Or if you would prefer to host the training on your own internal learning platform, contact us to discuss a tailored package.
