Iain Clark, our Head of Litigation & Dispute Resolution authors 2nd Edition of international arbitration book

We are delighted to announce the publication of the 2^nd Edition of Pleading in Arbitration: A Practitioner’s Guide, just published by Sweet & Maxwell/W Green & Sons.

The second edition co-authored by Iain K Clark, Solicitor Advocate, Partner and Head of Litigation & Dispute Resolution at Gilson Gray LLP and Steven Walker QC, is an essential guide to international arbitration.  It is designed to provide both new and experienced arbitration practitioners (including Solicitors, Advocates, Barristers, In-house Counsel, Commercial Directors, Contracts Managers, Students and Arbitrators) with a practical step-by-step guide, outlining the various procedural stages, from start to finish, of an arbitration.

Steven Walker QC explained the need for such a text in the ever changing landscape of international arbitration:
