We all know that cash is tight at this time of year. All those presents to buy, all those Christmas parties to pay for. 12. Twelve Lost Days of Business – most businesses will close on 24 December and will not re-open this year until 5^th January. That’s a staggering 12 days of lost business. So we would strongly advise you to be tight on credit control in December and January otherwise you may find your cash flow suffers too!

11. Eleven Years a Partner – come 2015, David Alexander, our Head of Debt Recovery, will have amassed 11 years as a Partner heading up a dedicated debt recovery team. That’s a lot of experience for someone so young!
