Jennifer Davidson

Jennifer’s deals with all aspects of commercial property including leasing (acting for both landlords and tenants); purchases and sales and security work.  Jennifer acts on behalf of a number of developers in both the acquisition and disposal of various development sites in and around Tayside.

In addition to her significant commercial real estate expertise, Jennifer also has a wealth of experience in rural property, making her the “go to” contact for any clients who are in need of specialist rural or farming advice.

Jennifer is a Trustee of the Barrie Douglas Foundation, a Foundation that facilitates Junior Golf in Scotland and has also been a Director of Perth Show since 2015.
