Katie Macleod
Katie joined Gilson Gray in 2021 as the Account and Compliance officer for the Lettings department, following five years previous experience as a Property Manager. She was promoted to Operations & Account Manager in 2024 and now oversees day-to-day operations of the department.

Expertise
Katie has always worked in the property industry, and it is something she am very passionate about. She most enjoys talking to and helping people, whether it be landlords, tenants or contractors. She has experience in reactive maintenance which supports her in her role.
Katie’s favourite thing about working in lettings is that every day is different and there are always new things to learn.
Katie is a member of ARLA and has a qualification in Residential Letting and Management at SCQF Level 6.
