Our Post-Completion Team deal with formalities following completion of a purchase, remortgage or transfer of equity ensuring all correct information is submitted to HMRC and all properties are registered accurately in the new home owners name at the Land Registry.

I have been in this role for 10 years but have always worked in a Law firm this being my second firm I have worked for, I started working in conveyancing in 1995 and I have been part of the Management Team here for the last 15 years. I have been a case handler dealing with the sale, purchase or remortgage transaction to them becoming part of the Operations Team at our Lincoln office.
