Emma has worked in the residential property sector for over 20 years and has a wealth of experience of all aspects of residential conveyancing.
She gained her Specialist Paralegal Accreditation from the University of Strathclyde around 1996 then further developed to the Advanced Property Law Accreditation thereafter.
Emma manages a team of 4 and her role within the Conveyancing Management Team is paramount to ensuring the seamless coordination of the daily functions of the residential conveyancing department. Emma partakes in Partner and Manager meetings to agree new proposals which are key to developing the conveyancing team’s Case Management system and general infrastructure.
Emma is known for her approachable and friendly manner and strives to exceed her client’s expectations.
