As Christmas approaches, on behalf of all at Gilson Gray, I would like to thank all of our clients, and the Scottish business community in general, for the invaluable support given to us during 2015.

During the year we have continued to experience significant growth. In recent months, we have welcomed many new colleagues together with two market leading teams.

Certain recent highlights include;

Our residential property division has been developed substantially and Debbie McCathie joins us as a Partner and Head of Residential Property in January.

Partners Rosie Walker and Alex Garioch have settled well into our Litigation and Dispute Resolution division and indeed Rosie led the successful and high profile Carmichael case which completed in December.

Separately, Keith Anderson has added further weight to our award winning Insolvency team.

Our Real Estate and Renewables teams have successfully handled a number of high profile transactions through the year, positioning our capability in this market at the top end of the sector.

The firm continues to thrive and we expect to announce the assumption of further talent in the early stages of the New Year.

In January we take entry to our expanded office space in Glasgow, taking our footprint at 160 West George Street to over 6000 square feet.
