Samuel Picchi

With over two years' experience in Property Management, Samuel joined Gilson Gray as a Trainee Property Manager and is aiming to achieve his certification to become a fully qualified Property Manager.

I joined Gilson Gray with over two years’ experience in Property Management. I was attracted by the opportunity of professional growth with the aim to progress from assistant property management into managing a portfolio as a Property Manager. I really enjoy working in property and approach the job with tenacity, enthusiasm, creativity and professionalism. I’m seeking to grow within the organisation and help exceed the company goals.

Having worked in the hospitality sector for several years, it helped me realise my passion for property and this was the path I wanted to follow. It’s amazing how my customer service skills would reflect in my present job. I have always loved taking care of people and I relish the opportunity to look after my clients’ home sweet homes. I really enjoy market research and analysis as I believe this is the first step towards a great deal. These properties are your future, your pension, your business and I think it is important to treat them as my own.
