Lesley joined Gilson Gray in September 2021 as a Client Experience Specialist. Lesley has a wealth of experience in the Financial Services Industry and prides herself on delivering a high quality service.
Lesley has worked at various levels within the Financial Services industry during her career, Including Pensions Administrator, Subject Matter Expert, which included leading project teams to meet challenging deliverables, and Customer Service Manager. Lesley has experienced many changes within the industry and adapts to ensure a first-class service is always delivered.
Lesley is a skilled communicator at all levels and always ensures a high standard of work is provided and targets are met. Lesley has been a Customer Service Manager for several years working both in front facing and back office environments. Lesley has managed teams of various sizes, is a strong and approachable people manager and has built up great relationships both with colleagues and clients. Lesley is very thorough with a keen attention to detail and is committed to giving clients the best experience possible with everything that she supports.

Outside of work Lesley enjoys going to music concerts, watching films and is a long-standing Volunteer with 2 local organisations which is hugely rewarding.
