Donna is a Partner in our real estate department and has more than 20 years’ experience working in the property industry, with a wealth of experience across a wide range of commercial transactions.
Donna has helped a broad and diverse variety of clients working in sectors including retail, licensed trade and leisure, industrial, commercial and residential development and renewables. She has advised those clients in the buying, selling, leasing (both landlord and tenant), funding and developing of projects, with in-depth knowledge and experience of the wide spectrum of transactions involved.
Donna also works closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure that clients' property needs are protected, including working alongside city firms in connection with the Scottish aspects of cross-border and international deals.
She is qualified to practice in Scotland, England and Wales and has advised clients on projects throughout the UK.
