IT Director

About you

We are looking for an IT director to operate at a strategic level but who also is able to get hands-on with details. Ideally, you will have previous legal sector experience but you will certainly have experience of working with practice management systems, CRM’s and dictation and telephony software.

Secretary / Receptionist

Are you a people person with experience in admin?

We are looking for an experienced secretary with excellent admin skills to deal with all mail, client calls and face-to-face client enquiries.  The work will be of a legal nature and also support our busy Estate Agency team within our North Berwick office.

The role is based in our reception area and will provide immediate client response either by phone or visiting clients coming into the office.

This is a job-share role Monday – Wednesday 9am – 5pm.

Front of House Assistant

We are looking for a front of house assistant to be based in our Edinburgh office.

The role is to provide a professional front of house service to our clients and staff by answering telephones calls, taking messages and greeting clients when coming to the office.

Location: Glasgow

Hours: 9.00am – 5.30pm / 37.5 hours per week
