SJP adviser acquires two advice firms for undisclosed sum - Money Marketing

Law and financial advice firm Gilson Gray has acquired two adviser businesses for an undisclosed sum.

The firm, part of the St James’ Place network, has bought A MacLeod Financial Services and the Lindsay Practice.

The acquisition will take Gilson Gray’s assets under management to over £100m.

Gilson Gray, which launched in May, is based in Edinburgh and Glasgow and offer advice on mortgages, investments, pensions and tax planning.

The is targeting £500m of assets under management within five years and is looking for further acquisitions.
